I came across the software which you download from Verizon and is intended for bad OTA updates that failed and lock up your device. I have locked up my device several times installing ROMS and this program has fixed it on my Note 7. Just putting it out there, hopefully it will un-brick yours. BTW the software has been asking to install a newer version which I refuse.
